Easter dinner was as delicious as it was beautiful! The table looked so pretty (thank you Caitlin for our Easter Egg place settings)...although we are out-growing my parents big table very fast...so the kids had their own little table. We keep joking my dad that he will have to extend his dining room again so that we all can keep eating together!


We tried some new recipes this year....I still need to get the delicious lamb marinade my mom did this year and we grilled it, so good! I made a new
Oven-Roasted Vegetables recipe....DELICIOUS!!! I had never had fennel before (we all LOVED IT!) or fingerling potatoes...they looked pretty especially the purple ones and tasted so good. Everyone raved about this dish and I will definitely be making again. Super easy and super delightful!!

For desserts, I made by Alli's request our now traditional
Crunchy Chocolate Eggs...they disappear fast! I made a new Pampered Chef recipe for dessert too,
Strawberry-Coconut Tres Leches Trifle - very pretty and yummy! My mom made a very yummy lemon cake with cute bunnies on top...still need that recipe as well!!
