We are so blessed to live close to family. Sundays is definetly a day for Church and family. After mass today we hung out at Marmee and Poppy's all day because Caitlin was home and finally was able to show us pictures and tell us all about her trip to Holland and Belgium where she got to meet our family. It was lots of fun. We always have Sunday dinners together and I am so thankful that my girls will have such special memories of these special Sundays with their family to cherish and remember. There definetly is...no place like HOME!!!

...while she is at it, might as well do the big one too!

I love how she is holding his finger and chewing hers!

Yes, Sundays are definitely for God and family. We go to mass and then lunch at my parents' house. After that we kick back and watch whatever seasonal sport is on whether it be football or baseball. We even watched the Canadian sport curling yesterday!
There is a great little pamphlet in the back of church that talks about how we can reclaim Sundays as a day of rest. So many people use it as a "catch up" day and forget about spending time with family.
Glad you enjoy your Sundays with your family!
